FNB loans is a **** when you settle

Iam disgusted with FNB loans department. I had 3 loans with them which were settled by African bank and yet they deducted money from me. I have been back and forth with them to get my refund and they have refunded me with money that is still short. FNB they are ****** and ***** your monies and will act shocked when you enquire and they never investigate.
