FNB Loans Incompentence.

I have just recieved a call from Groot Veld Debt agency advising me i have temp loan outstanding with FNB, When i called to speak to head office, my call was cut, transfered to wrong departments until i had to call back and spoke to a consultant who informed me my account was settled a long time ago. When i asked if the Debt collection agency was informed, she then told me yes. Now i have just wasted more money on calls to have this nonsense sorted and to top it all off my name is still sitting on Credit Beurea! I am outraged with this, I keep going in circles explaining the same thing. I will forwarding my complaint to the Ombudsman. I also have all the call recordings of me speaking to the consultants and them dropping calls.
