FNB loans giving out disapproved loans

I app**** for a personal loan and the first debit mandate check expired and the second one I declined because I did not need the loan anymore. In August the 27th money was deposited into my account, I called to enquire and I was told to reverse back the money and then the service fee will be cancelled. I did that the very same day. On the 16th of September R1844.57 was debited on my account for the loan service fee. I enquired and told them I want my money back because I did not authorise this loan from the start. I was told that I was supposed to call after depositing the money back but the consultant I spoke to did not tell me to call back. I want FNB loans to show me when did I approve this loan and provide me with the phone call recording of when did their consultant tell me to call back. They always claim their calls are recorded mos. I can't be charged for a loan I did not approve, FNB I want my money back. Stop flooding my email account with your paid up letter because I did not take any loan with you.
