FNB loans **********
I have the worst service from FNB ,I app**** for person loan and alot of money was sent to me ,I returned the money and asked for the recalculation to be done and they kept on sending me from pillar to post
For mere R10 00 they said I need to pay R1280 for 60 months and they are also charging insurance of 700 for that loan , I want them to be exposed for the ********* that they are …when you call some agents will tell you that you need to go to the bank yet we are told to use the app for everything,all they ever do is escalate matters that never gets attended to …
I spoke to Lerayo Ntuli this morning (26/01/2022) 10:15 and all that I was told is that they will escalate the matter ,or the cover for the loan was not said correctly …

27 Jan 2022, 08:38I’m still not happy with your service even after my complaints,the person assisted me did not do any justice ,the insurance cover was still charged from the initial loan amount sent to me and not what I actually took which is R10000 i don’t even understand why you called me back if I was going to be to be that you can not recalculate the cover money (there’s nothing you can do ) how can I pay R700 insurance fee for a loan of R10000 that’s ridiculous ,so basically I’m told to go to hell:.. if only nice when you are are looking for business by calling us to take loans yet no one is willing to hear our concerns or even give accurate information , to hell with been a customer…. I want nothing to do with you anymore… your customer service is terrible !!!! Never again will I trust your services
