FNB loans *****
I have a loan with FNB and they have open or listed two loans with the credit bureau, and I only have one. I have tried to call them and with no help or feedback whatsoever. The account is in arrears and both the accounts on my credit report are accruing interest and now my score is getting affected terribly. The one lady said they can only close the duplicate account when the other one is paid up, but that's false as I have other accounts and there are no duplicates. Can someone at FNB Loans help with this because this is ridiculous. I want the duplicate account removed and the credit bureau can't do anything as they opened the duplicate file using a different number.

I have other accounts that have been handed over to legal but yet are not duplicated on ITC, and now FNB says when they hand over accounts to legal they duplicate the account on credit bureau, that's absord! On ITC it shows two different account numbers for one loan and instead of reflecting 77k that I owe FNB It says I owe FNB 148K and that the only time you will fix that it's when the main account is fixed. Noooo. I want that fixed noooow !!!!
