FNB Loans

I received settlement letters and settlement discounts but non of these were amended to my account after i fully paid, i went to the FNB Branch and was requested to pay the remaining balance for the accounts. i have attached the settlement discount letters received and the discount email i received and i asked that this be amended to my account as it still reflects when i log into my internet banking. how can i be sent a settlement letter and a settlement discount from FNB then still be requested to pay the balance when i get to the branch. this affects my credit score and can it please be changed on my account, i made payment a month ago but nothing has been acknowledged, this is unacceptable and unprofessional for FNB. Thank you.
