FNB loans

I am having horrible experiece with FNB loans department(collections/legal/finance), i settled my loan on the 4th of August and i was suppose to get a refund since i payed extra of the discounted amount. ever since i have been following up every day i call in with no positive results. yesterday i called in i was dont the issue is with finance an urgent refund has been put on system the money should be in my bank account in 24hr. when i call in today im told the matter is still to be reviewed by finance management it should take 3 to 7 days. honestly im exhausted i tried everything. a full month has gone still i have not been assisted.
