FNB Loans dropping the ball and turnishing FNB's name..

FNB gave me a consolidation loan with Account No:*** but there 2 two amounts settled but not sure who they paid cause I cannot find reference to the amounts in question. Send them coupler emails with no responses to get clarity on the amounts in question. On the 29 July 2023 I called and spoke to an urgent who promised to send me an email detailing the amounts paid but till now no email received. What is FNB hiding from telling me exactly what those two amounts in question are for? FNB you held in high regard by many people including myself, and hope this is an isolated incident of ignoring your customers and not the beginning of bad Service!!!
