FNB LOANS DEPT SERIES OF LIES "HOW CAN WE RUIN YOU"

With high disappointment I greet you in the name of bad service.

From the 27th. MAY 2023 I settled my fnb loan. I had request a paid up letter but to my attention I'm just being told a 48 hour turnaround time is applicable matter had been escalated to relevant department when you call all the departments they transfer you back and forth

My credit profile has FNB LOAN HANGING thanks to the series of lies I get from you guys I have phone calls and emails to prove lies. I've been to branch and still no progress.

I'm not sure if you will respond quickest here or by hellopeter but I'm highly disappointed in a bank that ask how can we help but instead ruin me
