FNB Loans Department Sucks!!!

First time home owner nightmare what should be the happiest times of our lives for my partner n I is now the worst time of our lives- most frustrating times I should say ! On the 29 of October 2021 the bond via fnb was granted to us by the end of November we signed documents and paid both conveyance transfer n bond attorneys. We’ve submitted our documents life and home cover n still haven’t come anywhere close to lodging .. each time fnb finds fault with our documents I can understand they have a process to follow but each times documents needs to be amended it take them 3 - 5 days to get back to us . The first three months was a battle due to the festive season etc however the closest we’ve ever come to lodging , the repo rate increased and fnb wanted us to change the documents again which was already cleared by them to proceed… but back to square one for us … amending documents sending it back n forth waiting for 3-5 days to get a responses during the Easter period n all it’s public holidays … we in the month of May already and we still where we were when we started 7 months ago!!! no where …. Since I’ve logged a complaint n the issue was dealt with … then the repo rate increased …

The company shameer hamdulay is assisting with the bond side of things but the communication is pathetic. They always trying to fix things when you call for help or tried to find out what’s happening but nothing is actually happening… let’s face it . I had to do my own digging and find people to assist I stop contacting the women that was assigned to us … Because I can’t deal … our patiences has dried up along time again our frustrations isn’t even her priority any more … 7 months later … I’m emotionally drained … the poor sellers is awaiting their money yet due to our peoples incompetence all of us have to suffer.
