FNB LOANS DEPARTMENT SO AWFUL

Fnb I am incredibly frustrated with your service agents in the loan department. I had paid my personal loan up in full in the middle of June and I was still debited over 3grand. I called and was informed that a refund will be made in 3 working days. This time has now lapsed and I called back to inquire only for one of your service agents to tell me they won’t check on my query because it’s suppose to be a 7 day turnaround time. I inform her that this is not what was communicated to me and I would like her to check on an outcome, she then gets upset and tells me she can’t. I must call back. Really? I’ve been a loyal customer of yourself for nearly 10 years now. This money was unfairly debted from my account and I would like this funds returned to me ASAP. I need to urgently make other payments.
