Fnb **** loans department

Worst bank and even worse loan department. Debited incorrect amounts and no feedback.

Call centre's are ridiculous as they don't answer , call just drops No one at the branch can assist because of the ****ty loans department is the only people who can advice and no call has been returned. Used the branch landlines and tried calling over 30mins to get nowhere.
