FNB loans department Complaint
I would like to complain about a bad service experience with FNB. Loans department. I have a personal loan agreement with a debit order date set monthly for when I receive my salary monthly. Today 23 October the loan went off and now I cant do a urgent payment. Went to the bank, i was assisted and called the call center. Was held busy for 45 minutes each time transferred to another person to assisted. Needs to reverse the transaction that is pending probably till Monday when my salary is payed but need my money now! If this can be sorted out within the next hour. I will be expecting a confirmation message on my phone within a hour.

23 Oct 2020, 15:51It is 2 hours later and still no change in my financial status. Received confirmation messages from FNB that they are looking into my problem but still now have done nothing yet! Talk is cheap!
