Fnb loans department

I am having a very bad experience with Fnb loans department since it was reported here my matter was never resolved I have overpaid my loan and the loans department changed my statement saying they reviewed it not knowing I have all the proof to show how they added amounts on my loan for it not to get finished and the matter was escalated to Mandagement and it has been 3 weeks not getting any feedback since they gave me a settlement letter to pay less just to settle me loan but how can I pay that settlement amount whereby I have over paid my loan and I am supposed to get refund instead Fnb loans department want me to pay more money this is really a very bad experience and it's having a negative impact personally and mantelly and Fnb department does not want to own up to there failures and am very unhappy with this whole experience really
