FNB Loans Department

I was retrenched from work in February 2019, I submitted all my documents to the bank to as i have a policy that covered me if i lost my job. FINALLY in September after numerous calls and emails I thought this was resolved as I got the Loan release letter stating that they would be paying the loan for 6 months and they would not debit my account until next year February. However to date I have to Call, visit the branches and send email and to date it has been resolved as I again my account has been debited.
