FNB LOANS DEPARTMENT
I have a loan with FNB, now they are saying I am in arrears, then they decided to take R6 345.38 without my concern on the 31st then on the 30th they deducted R3 835.00 that is my monthly premium and I am ok with that, the only money I need to be refunded is R6 345.38, I NEED my money I can not afford to pay R10 000 for them in one month or they should have consulted me the lady Puleng I talked to was very arrogant saying she can SEE I have lot of money in my account its not like they left nothing all I'm asking that she knows all my problems I have a lot that I'm paying, if the bank access personal accounts without concern that's not acceptable I rather live them and use another bank......please they must refund me
