FNB Loans department

<p>FNB is constantly harassing my mother for payment of her account, yet she has made payment arrangements with them. They constantly antagonize and harass her with calls and messages.Since last year they have gone as far as taking my disabled brothers maintenance money, even after payment arrangements have been put into place. My mom woke up to a message this morning to say that my brother's maintenance has been taken. FNB is fully aware that the money that my mom has 1 salary which is on the 25th of every month and the money deposited on this date is for my disabled brother. This money that they have forcefully chosen to take is for my brother's essentials such as nappies, catheters and medication. Why is FNB so greedy to take money that belongs to an innocent disabled person. How is he suspossed to live? Their slogan is 'how can we help you?' How are they helping my disabled brother by taking from him? This is traumatic and very disturbing especially when they can see the cash deposit is coming in from the maintenance court and the reference is maintenance. Are they so money hungry that they will go to the extremes of taking from the harmless. </p>
