FNB LOANS DEPARMENT TOTALLY ***********

Once again FNB showing how incompetant they are. I am getting messages and telephone calls from their loan department telling me I am in arrears with my May repayments even though the detailed loan statement clearly states payment date 31 May.

FNB deducted the loan repayments on the 28 May and messaged confirmation of payment but they still send arrear notifications.on the 29 May.

Welcome to total incompetence from a totally useless and stupid bank.
