FNB Loans Deducting despite an agreement

I have an agreement with FNB Loans to repay R1000 per month. <br> <br> Now they are deducting after I have paid them.<br> <br> I need my money to be repaid into my account.<br> <br> This is the 3rd month this bull **** has gone on with FNB loans.<br> <br> Last time they deducted 3/4 R11900 of my salary from my bank account to pay them selves, then they went in again and deducted R2300. I also paid them the agreed R1000<br> <br> This month I paid the R1000 as per agreement, then they deducted R2300 this morning. I only found out when trying to pay for my petrol. I am now left with R96.
