FNB loans - debit order

I have an agreement for FNB to collect on the 24th of every month . I got an message on the 3rd of September saying I was arrears. I got a call I asked did they try collect , I got told the 24th. I told them nothing reflecting or indicating on my bank statements that FNB tried collecting or that there was an unpaid , I even emailed the statements to prove this. I told them this affecting my credit report and I am applying for things and this is coming up . I asked them how they are going to fix this but no answers or a way forward all I get asked is to make arrangements for payments for something that was not my fault. Nothing is reflecting on my bank statement yet I must make arrangement for them not being able to do their job
