I am deeply disappointed with how my issue has been handled. It appears your sales consultants are not adequately trained. I have been calling for two consecutive days, and no one has provided a clear answer. I was informed that I need to accept a debit order mandate for the loan I obtained from you. I specifically requested written confirmation via email explaining why a new mandate is required, as I was told the previous one expired. This confirmation was never sent. Furthermore, I refuse to accept a mandate I have no knowledge of. This feels *****ulent, as there is no valid basis for a mandate expiring during the term of a loan taken in February.
