FNB loans collections

I have tried to follow on a refund request that was said it will be paid in 15 days on 2 May 2025.

I received the 2nd mail on 22 May: Kindly note that you will be refunded R3469.99 because you were already refunded R1530.01 . The turn around time is 3-5 business days.

I followed up on 29 May and I was told: Please be advised as per system update the refund show is approved it should be released into the account. this should be before end of tomorrow if not today.

Today all agents keep running away:

Like what the f is this? If you are not going to refund just say so than make run around with empty promise.

When I pay off the loan I am definitely closing all the accounts in November, Infact I will be switching my salary immediately
