FNB LOANS - CLAIM DEPT
From October 2019, up and till now I have not luck sorting out my husbands claim policy on his Fnb loan. I have send all the documentation, they said they will contact back but they contact me when I'm at work. I have told them my husband hasn't got a phone and that he is still without work. I have told them to contact him in the afternoon so that they can speak to him. I have been paying the Fnb loan, but he has a policy on the loan that if he looses his job they will compensate in paying some of the Fnb loan for him. This has not been done. How can this be sorted out if they don't get back to me.

08 Feb 2021, 10:50I'm very unhappy with Fnb claims, when the company closed down the manager didn't give the workers pay slips or letter to say the company closed. He just left the country. Now we don't have a leg to stand on because Fnb claims wont help because of no company letter. We still had to pay the attorney to get the letter for liquidation. Why must this happen when the manager of the company disappears. He ran away not the staff. The staff was just told the company is closing and that they only got the week they worked salary. This is very disappointing.
