Fnb loans can't communicate with the credit regulators!

I have been at it since April 2021 to get the loan removed that was PAID UP INTO THEIR ACCOUNT! I don't want your pointless phone calls. I want nothing. If anyone can help me further the matter, please contact me. I have the proof of payment. More than a year already. This is pathetic. It shows on my credit report that I am not paying this account.
