FNB LOANS ARE A NIGHTMARE TO MANAGE AND A CREDIT RIS****

I have been trying to get a hold of the loan department for months to have make arrangements related to my personal loan. Every time I go to an FNB branch, I call the loan department, I wait for hours on the phone and never even get through. Most times the call even ends itself and I find myself having wasted 2 hours waiting on the line.

You ask the service consultants and they tell you the only way to have issues related to loans addressed is through the phone however when I app**** for the loan I did not have to call this *********** loan department. This unreachable department is messing with people's CREDIT SCORES!!!!!!!
