FNB loans Accounts and Overdraft

I have been Cailing and try to get the stutus of my overdraft if is closed or not because it still shows on my credit report as outstanding. its been six months trying to resolve thsi matter can FNB try to be professional with their record and call centre so that we dont get transfered all the times.
