FNB loans
Am really ****ed with FNB I called last week Monday and the loan that I long paid last year I seeing on my profile as it shows am in in arrears and I am not . The agent said by today it will be sorted but to my amazement even today it's still there on my profile . Today I heard a chat with Sandisiwe who apologised and promised to send me a paid up late by 3pm it's now 9pm no paid up lether I received . And also the secondition I finished paying still showing on my profile what does it take for your to update with credit beraeu do we have to scream shout for you guys to do your job

03 Nov 2020, 23:27Am not sure what I suppose to do a correct department to call.me and sort out this mess I am seeing ony profile . Today an agent called and called she is from FNB but she couldn't help me because she is from a different department why call me if you cannot assist she said someone will call before end of the day . Can someone fromantic the Personal loans department call and that person must have an idea on what she is talking not someone who will call and waste my time . Can someone do their jobs how can a paid up loan take a year and a months to be updated on the credit bereau

05 Nov 2020, 13:06Still haven't been assisted by FNB wish I knew when to report i paid a loan last year 2019 still it hasnt been updated with credit bureau am fed up with FNB someone contact me I want to close and look for a bank that will cater for my needs FNB doesn't care you only know to destroy my name
