FNB loans

After offering covid relief on my Loans and offering me extentions then Failing to Activate my DO 2x my loans fell i Arears i was handed over for them i have Paid these two loand in FULL. Now FNB is saying my 3rd loand is in arears but jv paid EVERY month they say its an amount outsinding From June.....its now Feb so they saying it takes almost a year to see of somthing ia unpaid???????? BULL****!!!!!!! Iv been tring to contanct the correnct departmenats nrs are not working i laiy a complaint it never gets attended to i know this from my Prev incounter you post on Hello peater they lay a HIGH PRIORITY complaint for you and guess what still.dont hear from them!!!!!!

Im busy woth the OBS so my case shou come forward soon as the complaint was mived to investigation in novemver.

I have been trying to sort out FNB since July and they always seem to Find a new problem to make money off clients!!
