FNB LOANS A MESS

I had a loan with FNB which was on arrears and handed over to Greonewald Lubbe, I made an arrangement with them to pay and paid until November 2019 of which a double debt was made assuming that it's November and December and January 2020 was supposed to be my last payment of R678. Came January 2020 i got call from people saying they are new attorneys from FNB and I am now owing R3360. I called the old attorneys to find out whats going and spoke to guy named Tyron who said they don't know as they are no longer doing business with FNB but his going to investigate and get back to me of which i am still waiting from January. I went to FNB in Scottburgh to find out whats going on and was told to call and yes i called the loans department and spoke to a lady i cannot recall her name who said they will investigate no response ever since. I called the new attorneys and i spoke to a guy called Tyron and Sibusiso the second time who said I should send my proof of payments because when they check on the system i am still owing a lot and they never got back to me this was in February 2020. I kept on getting letter of demand from the new attorneys sent by Leandre of which i sent an email to her telling my story but never got a response. Beginning of March i went to Umzinto branch and spoke to the supervisor by the name of Navi Governder who said they can't assist i should speak to the loans department of which i refused and she called them and spoke to Ntokozo Ntsele who she sent my proof of payments to so that they could investigate further. Ntokozo said he/she will forward my information and they should get back to me within 5-7 working days up until today i am still waiting and i emailed Ntokozo after the turn around time who never responed. A few days ago I CC'd everyone I ever spoke to regarding this matter I get no responses. I am exhausted because nobody wants to take ownership of this matter because they send you from one person to the other. I AM NOT WILLING TO PAY R3360.62, I AM WILLING TO PAY THE R678 of which was my last payment with the old attorneys and want nothing to do with FNB EVER AGAIN. Can i get help I'm exhausted with this matter.
