FNB LOANS

Please can someone assist me , i paid up my loan account and settled the account paid up letter was submitted to me , i was happy but when i checked my credit report it showed me that i partial payed there is an outstanding amount , im so disappointed and very sad .i will copy and attach the letter i requested a paid up letter on the 15 september my account *** my letter had a signature from Mapule Morudu fnb loans
