FNB Loans

My Debit order has been coming off my Cheque account every month for the last 2 years with no issues.

However for the last 2 months the debit order does not go off at all. No notification or any commu7nication to say it was unsuccessful.

Last month I phoned in and asked them why? They suggested that I transfer the money manually via the FNB app and that it will be sorted going forward.

Last night the same thing happened no debit order deduction even though I had over 30K in the account. I called in and she manually processed the debit order for me while I was on the phone. I need this sorted out immediately. I do not default on my loans and this goes against my credit record but it is FNB's mistake. You have suspended the debit order and are no longer deducting it??????????????
