FNB Loans

On the 16 September 2016 I received settlement letters from FNB for our personnel loans we had with them, on the 20 September 2016 I paid the full amounts as stated on the settlement letters and fax the proof to FNB on the fax nr they gave on the settlement letters. Then from 20 Jan 2017 I keep on receiving emails from Esmund Abrahams from COLLAB2(PTY)Ltd: ********** Tel ********** stating that my accounts has not been paid in full and I am being handed over and this will be listed on my credit score, when I phone to speak to Esmund he is always busy and no one can assist me whit this problem. I have all the proof with me, from settlement letter to proof of payment that I paid everything in full. I really want to sort this problem out but i am getting nowhere and don't know what to do any more
