FNB Loans :(

Your FNB consultant incorrectly withdrew almost R7000 out of our cheque account. Just like that, R7000 get withdrawn from our account. When we called to query we get told that this would be refunded and set into motion. This was last week. When we called to find out why our refund is not reflecting in our account yet, get told that there is a 9 working day wait for this to be actioned!!!?? Yet when there is not enough funds in our FNB account, FNB is quick to reverse the debit order and charge a ridiculous fee for the bounce. Will FNB be paying us a charge for "accidentally" withdrawing R7000 from our account as well as add on the interest we should be earning while we wait for the funds to reflect back into our account?? This is not small change and we are not impressed with FNB at all.
