Fnb loans

I have been calling fnb since 8 am this morning asking for assistance since they debited my money twice. Every time when I speak to an agent they say let me send u to loans collections.

Am really disappointed because when they want they money they make time to call u and and when they want you to make loans they give u attention. However whenever u need them to help u they don't.
