FNB LOANS

Recently app**** for a personal loan, did the quote online, submitted my bank statements and payslips via email. Had no response, contacted now and they say it was declined as the quote expired. It expired because of their lack of service though not through my fault. When I reapply now it auto declines because I recently had a quote. Really poor service from FNB.
