FNB Loan settlement

My Wife has an FNB Loan that was R45 000 We have been paying it for over 2 years now

The amount Outstanding on the app says R25 627, we have been a Loyal customer to FNB and my wife has a good Credit score, never missed any payment always up to date.

We then asked for a settlement amount and they gave us R26 143, no discount for early settlement... Just pay more coz if you settle only the R25 627 the account will still be active and will accumulate intrest, so the only way to close it is to pay more or what the agreement was, nothing less.

This is so sad, but yet if you on Debt review or havent paid over 5 year your account they quick to give you discount...

But for somone that is loyal and got a good score they dont want to help nothing.just pay more..

No benifits to Loyal customers...
