FNB Loan Settlement
Last week my FNB personal loan was settled, but the amount that was paid was more than the settlement amount, I'm sure there is a refund owed to me. I've tried to contact the FNB personal loans dept and i wait far too long for someone to answer. I posted a complaint om their site and still no feedback. I need to know what is happening.
