FNB LOAN INCOMPITENCE

I took a loan with FNB in July, for a monthly debit of R1.131, Today I am being told the loan term is 66 months, so meaning i borrowed R30 000 and will pay fnd R74.646 by the end of my term, an agent by Pretyy disconnected my chat and i spoke to Phumzile who told me the loan terms CANNOT be changed and asked if i want a refund for my over payment, which i told her I DO NOT want a refund, for FNB to go to my acc and debit that amount should mean clearly the term was not 66 months, and what will happen to other months, do i keep asking for refunds every month as they cannot change repayment terms, She disconnected the chat and routed me to Pretty ( the same pretty that disconnected my chat the first time) to start my story all over again, i cannot start to begin to mention the first consultant that spoke to me first who was RUDE and made calculation that do not even make sense...The incompetence i received is appalling really
