FNB loan ***** or loan incompetence - STILL NO CALL OR RESOLUTION,even after PROMISES

I’ve laid over 14 complaints against FNB IN THE LAST 3 months,via this platform,their website,email and phone calls.

Most recently,I laid a complaint on the 4th of August, where I was told that it is a HIGH PRIORITY complaint to them and that I’ll receive a call.

To date,I have yet to receive a call or any explanation,PLUS since my complaint,FNB has now and ALTERED my covid loan accounts to make it look like they’ve used the remaining 12K they paid back to themselves OR made it look like they’ve paid it out to me - these actions can be and might be seen as *****.... (OR is it just severe and gross incompetence?) No responses or replies and they’ve padded my account with an extra R12K that I DIDN’T USE and that they DIDN’T pay into my fnb debits - that is ***** (or is it just severe and gross incompetence?) If there is a logical explanation about why they are trying to say that they’ve paid out over R22K over the last 3 MONTHS in my debits that only amounted to just under R10K,then I would like to hear their excuse! I will be doing something that I deem correct and founded,which is open up a case at the SAPS if they don’t clarify and rectify the problem AND then take that case to the newspapers - I’m F’ing SICK of banks and financial institutions taking advantage of SOUTH AFRICANS DURING THESE TIMES!! I’ve agreed to pay just over R400 p/m,based on a loan of just over R22K,NOT over just over R400 pm for a R10K loan!!! Are you f’ing kidding me????

I’m done playing nice!! If I don’t have this resolved (as I was promised a call and resolution AND that it was a HIGH PRIORITY CASE to them,on the 4th of August already) I will be taking my responses to the extreme in regards to making your actions known to the country - don’t think I’m kidding, as I’ve taken on a European airline in public forums,across all social media,over a 6 month period for trying the same **** you are and they finally resolved it,PLUS paid out compensation for the stress and distress caused.. No lawyers, just the court of public opinion and copies of the documents, agreements and correspondence between myself and FNB employees..If you can record convo’s,so can I.... Try me!

I have my business and personal accounts with you guys - you make close to R2K a month from me on FEES alone!

But hey,I’m not part of the demographic that is important to FNB,so that’s why it’s OK,in your minds,to F ME over!!

You have 24HRS before I go to the cops,the ombudsman,social media and then then papers!

It might not mean ANYTHING to you,but right now,money is tight and anyone F’ing with my livelihood will be brought to task!!

So F’ing OVER FNB bullShssshh!!!!
