Fnb Loan

I’m so ****ed off by FNB bank, I have been banking with them for many years I’ve just app**** for a short term loan to pay over 6 months and they declining my application I have not app**** anywhere else. I am permanently employed with my current employer for 5 years now also I don’t have other loans that I am currently paying so I don’t understand the reasons of them declining my application so in other words I cannot rely on my bank while I bank with them for years and trust them with my money. Few months back I took a loan of R6000 with FNB and paid it all back over 6 months as per the loan agreement I didn’t default or anything, so why are they declining my loan application I need to know because a few weeks ago I saw on my banking app an offer of R11 000 and I just need to take R4000 what happened to that offer all of a sudden? This is not being loyal to your customers at all. I'm very unhappy with my bank at the moment and considering moving to another bank.
