Fnb Loan Division is a disservice to clients

I would like to register my strongest disapproval of the service given by The Loan Division to its clients. First let me point out the division has no e-mail address but can only be accessed via the App or telephone, with communication prone to network problems. I made a request for printouts of loan statements which I closed in 2023. I needed printouts for November 2022 or up to that date. A simple request like that, but copies sent to me have different dates, all not including the date in request. I have run out of words, I am very disappointed.
