Fnb loan dispute

I'm shocked and I'm shattered fnb, I went to Mall of Africa opened a personal loan, choose debit order date for the last day of the month and this was not honored... date on the system contradicts my selected date... calls never get through when calling in from the branch.. fnb how can they destroy you, new slogan
