FNB loan department's doesn't maje sure of their facts!

I was handed over to an attorney for my personal loan that's not in arrears, now they are MIA I cannot talk to someone from loans department. I was not communicated with from the bank, the failed to put in a debit order against my cheque account to recall the montly unstallment, I realised it and made transfers to not get in arrears. I am so unhapppy, I'm a private client with excellent credibality. How can this get resolved? I want this fixed, I signed a contract with the loans department and they must only do a debimandate which I will approve, I'm not in arears, I want feedback from my bank!!!
