FNB loan department pathetic
I have app**** for a loan yesterday at 8:00, I did everything they asked me. Yesterday afternoon I asked what is going on, on the secure chat and every time I get the same message say it's still in the queue for processing and I will receive a sms. 24 hours later I asked again and again the same message m. This is unacceptable and I will not stand for this.
