Fnb loan department not helpful

Only FNB has the highest ability to disappoint. I had a loan with them a covid relief loan. Witch was due to finish on 2years, well I. Manage to settle it, I tried to call them to close the account no positive reply, their chat line on the app is not working, I did deposit the last R20 sor the settlement amount today it shows that R10 was deducted but still the account is active. Can someone please call and assist me.
