Fnb loan department is useless they are putting me under so much distress.

I got the extension for covid but since last week I have been calling my account are still in arrears the covid cash flow has been loaded but they not paying my accounts. They not even refunding the money debited in July since the covid cash flow is meant to cover march, July and August. I have called countless times they keep saying "we escellating the matter and the issue will be resolved in 48 hours" I've contacted them 3 times and nothing has changed I am under so much distress now because today I woke up and find R- 181 on my account I don't know where it is coming from because the monthly fee I paid last month.

I am under depression because the money for refund was supposed to help me make money to settle my account next month and on the 25th theyl be expecting me to pay whereas till today I have not received the money I can use to generate few cents.

My friend sent me an international transfer I cannot accept it because once I do it will be deducted since all my accounts are in arrears. I am dissapointed I have been using FNB more than 15 years now.
