FNB Loan Department is Useless.

On the 27th of March I payed up my personal loan in full (As per the settlement amount). I went to the FNB in Kennilworth Centre to close the account and was informed that I could not close it myself but that FNB would detect the zero balance and close it for me.

On March 28th my debit order of R2113.65 went off. I called the Loan services number and left a voicemail asking for the debit order to be reversed.

It is now the 4th of April: Nobody has contacted me in regards to this matter, The account is still open, My other debit orders are being rejected because of the insufficient balance and my finances are in a terrible state,

Your slogan of "How can we help you?" is quite applicable here. Reverse the debit order as well as the debit interest that is accumulating because of this.
