Fnb Loan Department has no idea of online approved loan

So I went on my fnb app and I see that fnb offers me a loan ,I decide to click on it and take the loan on the 22Feb 2019...I fill in all the things...I have received a message on my fnb app Your application has been approved and that I will receive an notification once the money is transferred ,I got an qoutation on my email from fnb for my records but up till today 23 feb nothing.I have emailed them,phoned and faxed fnb but no one at fnb can tell me anything ..There is no record of any of this....This makes me wonder then how can 5 people at fnb know nothing regarding my application and what about all the emails and fax ,who received them...Something does not add up.........We went inside the bank they gave me number to phone ,I did still no solution....strange some guy at fnb even just transfered my call just because I couldnt hear him....It feels like I am getting transfered but they dont want to help.....the last lady that phoned me was very nice but she said I need to reapply again....But why must I reapply if I can proof it is approved on my apps messages and the email from the bank seconds after I apl**** online...Please help....Is there a system problem because when I phoned they said High volume calls in loan apartment....
