Fnb loan department complain

I was having a revolving loan with fnb, I paid it all last year, even today they are still charging me for the service fees... I even went to Cala branch to closed it for me, they sad they can't I must call the loan department which I did they sad its closed but its still appearing in my account with accumulating charges...
