FNB Loan department and Insurance department for loans

<p>I became unemployed end April. I app**** for the insurance that I pay monthly in the event I become unemployed. FNB is htting me with unpaid charges, do not pay out the claim as promised when I took out the loan almost 2 years ago, Its an ongoing struggle, and they keep taking money from my account, and sending me sms's that I am being penalized for non payment. I cannot seem to get through to them, they do not seem to understand this is a claim, I get answered by a different perrson each time... I do not know what to do anymore. I expected betterr from FNB, I want them to refund, reverse all the charges they put through my account since May 2017. Hope you can help </p>
